We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful in directing us to hikes, restaurants, etc. We'll difinately return to this spot.
Daughter was disappointed that Hanna was hiking in California. She misses her pets when away from home and was hoping to dote on Hanna while there. Great location, close to good restaurants and fun shopping. Friendly staff and we felt right at home.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Frisco. The property was lovely and it is situated in the heart of downtown Frisco. We will definitely stay there again!
I have stayed at the Hotel Frisco several times with friends both from out of state and from England. It is a great hotel, very very helpful staff, good location and comfy beds. I look forward to my next visit.
This place was great! Great location next to an awesome restaurant. Easy going staff that is there for you all the time. I'm coming back with friends!
I was not offered a AAA or military discount when I booked our stay over the phone. However when I asked if such a discount was offered, at the time of check out, an adjustment was made. The lobby was warm and welcoming with a fireplace and complimentary hot drinks. The whole house, including the library with books, board games and internet computer use was homey and welcoming. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony of our suite, and the close proximity of the restaurants and shops.
Loved seeing Bailey again and meeting the friendly staff.
Brought a special friend in from out of state to visit the Summit county mountain area and The Frisco Hotel was awesome, and I have already told friends about the stay and they will be staying in room #205 as well. Staff is very helpful and accomadating. Beds are very comfortable.Lobby has several coffee's and a good hot chocolate, nice little computer desk area. My girl friend was really impressed, we had the room with your own hot tub on the deck, with a great mountain view. great restaurants and brew pub within walking distance.
We had a great stay at the Hotel Frisco. The staff is very helpful, rooms are comfortable and location is central. I recommend staying here.
The 2 bedroom suite we had was nice, only improvement would be the fold out bed on the couch was very uncomfortable.
This room is definitely well worn, but has a large deck and amazing views. Very clean and stocked with Aveda products. Convenient to great restaurants! The loud party at 2:30am in the alley next to our room made sleeping difficult. Would stay again, but in a different room.
The room was a little run down in terms of needing some paint touch up, etc, but overall clean and comfortable. The best parts about this property were the great dog-friendly policies and the downtown location!
We were very politely greeted as we entered the facility. The lobby was very clean and appealing which really made us feel good about our decision to book this property. However, once we got into our room, we were somewhat disappointed with a few things. The size of the bathroom was tiny - hardly enough room to enter, close the door, and turn around to use the toilet! Having a small kitchen was nice. However it hardly paid to have a sink, utensils, plates, etc. if you're not going to have a dishwasher and at least a stovetop for cooking. Having a private hot-tub was a plus, but the size of it barely accommodated 3 people. The beds/sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, however you could hear everything coming from the room next door. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff made our stay pleasant. I would give it a 6 out of 10...
The hotel did need some updating, but we still completely enjoyed our stay! We decided to upgrade to a suite once we arrived and it was worth every penny! There were some minor problems with our room, such as a burnt out light bulb and missing shower knob, but it was worth it to us!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Frisco. Very relaxing, with a very accommodating host. The room was in good condition and the private hot tub was great. The beds are in very good condition. My only complaint was not really the hotel's fault. The street running behind the hotel was noisy at night, especially on the weekend. Delivery trucks beeping, garbage trucks crushing, drunk kids arguing, and an absurdly loud dance club will test your patience. Again, this isn't really the hotel's fault, and I imagine many other places on this strip will have similar issues.
Deliveries to the local merchants woke us up at 3 AM and again at 6AM. Otherwise, this was a lovely place!
Nice central location, very pet and baby friendly, lot's of nearby hiking/dining, etc. Did not have to spend any time in the car all weekend. Very comfortable beds too!
We had stayed in that room in the past and really liked it. The management is always helpful there and very nice so no complaints on that end. The room however is dead and needs to be buried. Needs painting, sofa torn and dated, weather striping loose and disfunctional in the master, Tv remote with an attitude, and we don't like hot tubs we can't see the bottom of. This room needs to be rebuilt in our opinion. We left it on the recommend list but not this particular unit. Also, the acoustics need improvement, a lot. I'm sure our neighbors were nice people but I am sure they would prefer to keep their private moments too themselves and that is not possible in this unit.
