Every time I come to Hotel Frisco, I enjoy my stay. Quiet, and centrally located it is the place to stay in Summit county.

I stayed at Hotel Frisco last winter, this winter and expect to stay there next year. The location is great. The rooms are priced right. It is a family run business with helpful help.
The staff was great, the room was super and the hot tub was great after a day of skiing. The owners were really nice and the dog who lives there is sweet. I will stay there again soon.

I wanted to thank each of you for all of your continuous help in making sure I had somewhere to stay even on really short notice - or no notice at all! I stayed at the Hotel Frisco nearly every week for 6 months and each time was a perfect stay. Your staff was friendly and always helpful, my rooms were always spotless and I was always made to feel welcome! Thank you so much!
Music was very load comming from an establishment near the property. Went on until 2 am.Also the bed pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.
The Hotel Frisco is our favorite Fall vacation spot. The hotel is perfectly situated on Frisco's Main Street in easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants - especially the Butterhorn Bakery on a cool, crisp morning. If you need to get away and "unwind" where fresh snow is on the high mountains and the aspen are golden yellow - this is the place!
We requested a beer that was on the list, but only budweiser was stocked. A bit noisy with people coming and leaving between 9:00 PM - 10:00. We had an early morning the next day so we went to bed early.
it was very loud due to other guests (kids) running and yelling contstantly. it would be great for the hotel staff to regulate that a little more.
We did have one complaint - the hot tub was not hot enough and not very clean. If not for that, our stay would have been perfect.
The location was convenient. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. Hannah, the resident dog, was welcoming and quiet. Most of the furniture and appurtenances in the room were comfortable and appropriate - the carpet needs cleaning or replacement throughout the facility. The tea/coffee was a very nice feature. Thanks for a nice time.
The property is starting to need some overall maintenance. The carpets in the hallways is looking worn and the woodwork is starting to get nicked up. I use to not hesitate in making a recommendation to a friend about the property but now would choose friends that werent as picky about where they stayed as when we first started staying here. We really love your location and our over all experience but did notice a decline in the overall appearance of the property. The whirlpool (hot bub outside)had an oder and the fan in the unit next to us was very noisy.
We felt the carpet was pretty dirty and it would have been nice to be able to use the hot tub in the morning, but overall we liked the accomodations.
The property overall is very nice. There is a lounge area that has many books and games which was a lot of fun. Our room was a little small, though not bad. I think I was expecting it to be bigger based on the pictures. We had family staying there who had rooms much nicer than ours, so it's worth it to pay the extra money for a nicer room. Otherwise our stay was very good.
tube was not cleaned, front desk not attended, shampo and conditioner not replaced
We are sorry to hear your experience was not as expected. The units are inspected every day. I will speak with the inspector and cleaners to determine what happened. As for the front desk, yes we do not man the front desk 24 hours. We have only 13 rooms and would have to charge twice what you paid to manage the front desk 24 hours a day. We are aware you received phones call nearly constantly during your stay. After nine o’clock, we are not able to forward calls. Our apologies.
